Working as a yacht photographer in Mallorca is dreamy!
A few weeks ago I receive a sweet and thoughtful follow-up from the Voyager’s previous owner:
“Dear Sofia,
Voyager is sold. I’m sure it would not have been so easy without your help. You really did a perfect job.
Thank you very much, and have a lovely weekend.”
I love it when my passion for photography collides with my passion for sailing. Yacht photography is so much fun, and - lucky me! - here in Mallorca the sailing conditions are great for most of the year.
I know what you’re thinking: “That’s a nice looking boat.”
You’re right: it is a beautiful boat. But these boats are so much more than just an aesthetic.
These boats represent dreams, limitless freedom, and priceless memories made under the sun. A boat like this was built lovingly and with care, and each yacht has her own character and personality, when you have the time to get to know them.
Is it just me that spends too much time daydreaming, or does she fill you with the same desire for adventure that she inspires in me?
Either way, reliving this beautiful Mallorquin day-sailing trip through my photography is enough to make me smell the salt air, even far from the sea.
